Cancellation policy

Pawfect Vitals offers a Subscribe and Save option that delivers your order automatically on a recurring schedule.

How billing works
When you subscribe, you authorize Pawfect Vitals to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Managing your subscription
You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@pawfectvitals.com. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation timing
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or pause at least 1 day before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Orders already processed before a cancellation cannot be stopped, but they remain covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Price changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any change will apply to billing cycles after the notice period.
