At Pawfect Vitals, we stand behind every bottle we ship. This policy explains how our guarantee works, with no hassle and no fine print.
Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you or your dog are not satisfied with Pawfect Vitals for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price within 90 days of delivery.
To request a refund:
- Email support@pawfectvitals.com with your order number
- Tell us briefly what did not work. Your feedback helps us improve, but it will never disqualify your refund
- You do not need to return the bottle, even if it is empty
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The guarantee covers one refund per product per household and applies to purchases made through pawfectvitals.com. Original shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Subscription orders
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. Your first subscription order is fully covered by the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, and any unopened subsequent shipment may be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and, where appropriate, send a replacement. For packages lost in transit with no delivery confirmation, we will always replace or refund your order.
