SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Pawfect Vitals ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery is generally 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@pawfectvitals.com and we will help.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 14 days. For packages lost in transit with no delivery confirmation, we will replace or refund your order.
